Mega Omega 3 softgel in capsule form contains an outstanding 70% of EPA (eicosapentenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) fatty acids, as well as vitamin E.

Omega-3 fatty acids are so-called essential fats, meaning that our body cannot produce them, so we have to ensure adequate intake from external sources.
