Combine this product with simple sugars to support transport of creatine to muscle cells. For example, mix it with your favourite Carbodrinx or Isodrinx. Creatine is not recommended to consume with any higher intake of coffee to avoid indigestion.

Recommended dosage

Mix a dose of 3,5 g (ca ¾ measuring scoop) into a drink. Maximum once a day. It is recommended to combine with the consumption of carbohydrates (e.g. with gainers). Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25 °C and consume within 6 months.
